Batches — stage by stage
Work is done in batches by stage, not page-by-page: Storyboards → Sketches → Inks → Flats → Rendering → Effects & Highlights → Words (last). For INFINIUM, the last stage is Floating text + subtitles.
Stage days
Block a date in the cycle as a stage day, e.g. Nov 5 = Inks.
